Press Lamination with quick change tooling

In equipments with a base unit and exchangeable tooling, the change of tooling can be tedious, complex, and time consuming with up to 25 minutes to extract and insert the new tooling, at ANSA, aware of this situation and with intense engineering and creativity and with the same goal o keeping things simple, we have achieved to decrease the change of tooling lowering this time to down to under 3 minutes with our compromising functionality and new tooling positioning and holding, increasing our customers production time.
